A note from the founder

I've always wanted to build a meaningful business while taking care of my health, having great friendships and still making time for adventures and experiences.

Some people told me I had to choose. I don't think we should.

I've never been particularly good at following the obvious path. I've worked in more than 10 countries. Started a few businesses. Sold one. And walked away from some genuinely good jobs simply because there was something else I couldn't stop thinking about.

“In 5 or 10 years, will I look back and regret not trying?” Once I ask myself that, I already know the answer.

After a year and a half of Mindeurs Matches and more than 70 conversations with entrepreneurs, an idea started to take shape. People weren't just looking for more contacts. They wanted to meet others who truly get what it actually means to build something from scracth, and then keep them in their lives. Friendships were forming. Collaborations were starting. Many were staying in touch long after the Match and the first meeting.

So, selfishly, I decided to build the community I wanted to be part of too. A global community for people building something of their own to call home. Where we talk openly about business and nothing is off the table; the doubts, the uncertainty, the decisions, the wins and the things that aren't going quite so well.

But also a place to find people to travel with. Have dinner with. Learn from. Laugh with. And share the kind of life we started building our businesses for in the first place.
